The start of the year

Well so far I have had only one class, and it was not too bad. Environmental Geology, should be ok I guess. Tomorrow I will have my first class in block 2 educations, as well as my first experience with History of Modern China. Both should be good; I hope.

All of my residents have moved in now, and they all seem to be pretty good. Last night was the brother-sister floor program and that went really well, speed meeting and pizza. After it was over some of my residents showed me how to play this really odd game using a pool table and two pool balls. It involves sliding one of the balls at the other, once they connect the process starts again with the next person, and if they can not hit the ball before it stops moving they get a letter till they spell a word then they are out and the game goes on without them in the rotation. The word in question was d-a-v-e I am not sure if it is named such for the inventor or not. But it was fun even if I did not do it justice in the explanation.

Besides that I am doing my first desk shift of the year... I have a lot of these this year. I am going to be working a ton so I guess I should get used to it.
