Food, and New People

Ok, so something I ate last night was oh so delicious, but oh so bad for me. I woke up this morning with what I suspect was food poisoning. I have spent most of the day sleeping and running back and forth between my room and the bathroom... not a pretty picture I know, but you didn't have to live through it, and let me tell you, that was not too much fun either.

On a different note, sophomores have started moving back... good times... so far everyone seems ok... Only two people from my class are still in the building, but that is ok I suppose.

Welcome/Good Bye

Well the waiting game is over. The school year is almost starting up and it's shaping up to be a very busy year. Between block 2 of my education classes, which I am taking with a friend and co-worker, Squiggles, and getting the last of my generals done classes should be quite challenging. Outside of class I am working A LOT this semester. Between the Grace Desk and The UV Cafe I am going to be working something like 24 hours a week. Throw wedding planning in there and my RA responsibilities and it is going to be busy to say the least. But I am still looking forward to it.

My boss (from the RA job) has just left too, so this year should be even more hectic because of that. But I am happy for him. He got a great job working on the island of St. Kitts, in the Caribbean, at a University that is going to have on campus housing for the first time. So he is creating their Res Life department from the ground up so to say. The job also meant a HUGE raise for him as well as a chance of a life time to get a wonderful experience. And who knows, he might be back some day.

The new boss just moved in today though, his name is Drew, and both he and his wife (I forgot her name, something with a D as well) seem very nice, and even though he could never replace Keith, he might not be too bad at all. Overall it will be a new experience for everyone involved.

Besides that, I have one week of training to go till move in weekend and all the fun begins. I can't wait... well kind of... but I am still looking forward to it.

jpfizzlebottom: so one of my dad's buddies heads outside

jpfizzlebottom: he runs around to the front and starts doing all this karate shit

jpfizzlebottom: jim sees him and stops beating on the one guy and walks toward the karate guy

jpfizzlebottom: jim grabs him in the air and slams him to the ground

jpfizzlebottom: so he's got both of these guys on the ground and they hear sirens

jpfizzlebottom: so they run

jpfizzlebottom: the hide out at some guys house

jpfizzlebottom: decide its ok to head outside

jpfizzlebottom: couples blocks down they're spotted by some cops and are arrested

jpfizzlebottom: so everyone is at the jail

jpfizzlebottom: it all kinda gets worked out

jpfizzlebottom: no one presses charges

jpfizzlebottom: word against word sort of thing

jpfizzlebottom: a few weeks later jim gets a dui

jpfizzlebottom: he has to go in for his one weekend

jpfizzlebottom: he's heading to jail from work

jpfizzlebottom: so he calls al and kevin and asks them to bring him some clothes while he's in there

jpfizzlebottom: so he doesn't have to wear his nice dress clothes

jpfizzlebottom: so they're gonna meet him at the jail

jpfizzlebottom: they decide they're going t fuck with him

jpfizzlebottom: they get him these huge clown shoes

jpfizzlebottom: like

jpfizzlebottom: green tight plaid pants

jpfizzlebottom: and like a pink floral shirt

jpfizzlebottom: so he has this rediculous outfit on and he has to spend the weekend in

jailjpfizzlebottom: and he's a big guy

jpfizzlebottom: so he looks crazy

jpfizzlebottom: when he's walking into the jail

jpfizzlebottom: one of the guys who he beat up sees him

jpfizzlebottom: he kinda freaks out and starts telling everyone not to fu** with him because he's probably crazy

jpfizzlebottom: first he punched like him

jpfizzlebottom: and now he's dressed like that

jpfizzlebottom: so when he gets in all the big guys in the jail are like introducing themselves

jpfizzlebottom: shaking his hand

jpfizzlebottom: cuz they think he's some big crazy guy and they want to be on his good side
